The Story
The Owner planned to expand their current BMW car dealership by adding additional wash and service bays. The plan included 5,000 sq. ft. with new wash bays and renovation of the existing wash bays into service bays. In addition, the existing showroom was renovated to meet BMW’s new branding requirements. BMW was able to continue working and serving customers throughout the project. Weather conditions had a significant impact on the construction of the project. Despite this, the contractor worked efficiently to mitigate the risk of delay.
Vigilant worked with the client and contractor to ensure a smooth transition through all phases of work, despite delays due to material delivery. Overall, the project completion was delayed due to issues presented by mechanical trade, yet the project still prevailed and was delivered on budget.
